![]() You can still sort of draw a clear line between expansion/stuff/kit, but game packs muddy the water A LOT. TS4 has expansions, game packs, stuff packs, and kits.Mixed feelings nowadays to be sure but at least it was mostly just generic CAS/BB items. Some worlds sold there had unique gameplay and being able to buy individual CAS/BB items is just. For the most part this operated the same as TS2, but the store was a bit odd. TS3 had expansions, stuff packs, and the store.CAS and BB items that were just reskins with no new mechanical features, at least to the best of my knowledge. ![]() TS2 had expansions and stuff packs, where expansions once again focused on new gameplay and stuff packs were just, well, stuff. There are always new items, but the core appeal is the new gameplay mechanics. TS1 only had expansions that focused on, well, expanding gameplay.A part of the price increase is sadly just down to inflation, but TS4 has a bit of an identity crisis with all the different types of DLC.
